SNB Capital Us Dollar Sukuk Fund

SNB Capital US Dollar Sukuk Fund came into existence in the year 2010, and since then, it has succeeded in grabbing the eyeballs of investors. The fund's major motive is to provide desirable returns by investing in open-ended government investment funds. Besides this, it also spread its investment in various Sukuk and Murabaha funds based on Shariah guidelines. 

Managed by SNB Capital, the fund charges 0.75% as the management fees. The investors must pay this amount to the fund managers for successfully handling their investments. These investment managers possess a high level of knowledge and experience in comparison to the average investor, making them the feasible option for most investors. 

When it comes to making investment decisions, the fund managers ensure to invest the funds in such securities that offer moderate returns. Some of them include fixed-income securities, financial products, trade transactions, and more based on Shariah guidelines. However, the investment includes but is not restricted to Musharaks, Mudaraba, and Wakala transactions. 

Another point to note while investing in this fund is that the income earned on the investment is not distributed to the unitholders. Rather, the dividend is reinvested back into the fund. The fund is valued on Monday and Wednesday, and the announcement is also made on Monday and Wednesday.
